Aprilia RSV4 Car Tech

Aprilia RSV4 Car Tech
Factory Italian motorcycles, Aprilia, Aprilia is testing the Performance Ride Control is installed on the model of the RSV4. Sport-style motorcycle is equipped with technology Launch Control (control launcher), Wheelie Control (control wheel lift), Traction Control (traction control), and Quick Shift (shift gears quickly) will be tested on the circuit.

This system is more widely used in four-wheel vehicles. Interestingly, each system can be programmed on and off individually (by rider).

Launch Control (LC) keep the engine speed does not open too big when the rider wants shot at the beginning (usually in the race). That way, the tires do not have skid.

In addition there are LC, and Traction Control Wheelie additional riders raced with seamless ease.

Not only that, Wheelie Control can also see a lot of data, including acceleration and position of the gas. In the event of wheel lift, there is no disconnection of electrical current. Only, the device modulates the height of the tire and keep the maximum acceleration so that the rider is safe when maneuvering around the corner.

Traction Control is another thing. This system has eight levels of adjustment on a different bend angles. So, this can reduce the symptoms caused by slippage at the corner of the engine power is too great.

The Quick Shift only serves to raise each gear without having to shut down the gas. Shift equals 40 milliseconds to evaluate the conditions of travel, gas position, gear position, and acceleration.

2011 Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC SE

As soon as the 2011 Aprilia RSV4 to show evidence of an antilock brake system and sports rumors of a traction control, we heard rumors of the Italian city OmniMoto on the 2011 Aprilia RSV4 provided similar treatment. If your complaint or speculative information, Aprilia seems certain to offer ABS andtraction control on the Aprilia RSV4, as it logically must compete with the offer of Ducati and BMW.

Derived from the bike that won the coveted 2010 World Superbike Championship Triple Crown - Manufacturer’s Title, Team Title and Rider Title with race pilot Max Biaggi – the RSV4 – Aprilia unleashes the RSV4 Factory Special Edition (SE) with the exclusive Aprilia Performance Ride Control package (APRC), which offers superbike race technology to professional and recreational riders alike.

Aprilia also designed a bike that novice riders could enjoy — the RS4 125. The Aprilia RS4 125 introduces the highly advanced, all-new 4 stroke powerplant to the sports segment, while adopting styling and technical solutions inherited from the RSV4.
It failed; Aprilia packed up its GP ambitions, rebooted its computers and came back stronger than ever in World Superbike with the RSV4 Factory and Max Biaggi.
Aprilia developed a three-cylinder Cube from scratch then binned it. Finally in 2010 Aprilia won the world superbike championship with Biaggi.

The RSV4 Factory APRC can be called a motorcycling virtuoso in the technical area. On my very first lap the Aprilia technicians force-fed us level eight on the traction control. There’s no sound or chugging or anything when the traction control kicks in. The amount of rear wheelspin allowed is pre-determined depending on which TC level you choose. Each of us had five sessions on the bike of which the first was to test traction control alone, second session to test wheelie control with traction control, third session to test launch control and the two last sessions to freely explore. Aprilia’s wheelie control is highly sophisticated and not only stops wheelies from happening between low-gear corners but it knows how much it should allow and how to land them soft to avoid upsetting the handling. Aprilia have with the AWC taken that physicality away, allowing the rider to concentrate on pinning the throttle.

The AWC has three levels to choose from, where I suspect level one is the only race one. Aprilia has nearly 100% control of torque with the APRC system. Level one can put you in a lot of wheelie trouble if the clutch is released too quickly.

The Aprilia Quick Shifter allows you to shift up clutch-less while keeping a wide-open throttle. For the Factory APRC Aprilia has added a closer-spaced six-speed gearbox for improved acceleration, plus the quick shifter which makes it into a formidable straight-line dragster.
The main advantage with the ultra wide 200-section rear tire is its superb grip on corner exit. Wait for it, the RSV4 Factory APRC SE features traction control that self adjusts to new and different tire sizes, also adjusting to different final-drive gearing. There are professional high-end racing teams in the world with less sophisticated electronics than the RSV4 Factory APRC SE road bike.

The 999.6cc V-4 engine feature state of the art technology such as independently controlled throttle bodies. There are only two things the Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC SE can’t do, and those are flying and automatically tweet your laptimes.
Don’t look at spectacular horsepower figures in 2011 because this Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC SE will beat them all, hands down.

2011 Aprilia Tuono V4R Reviews

2011 Aprilia Tuono V4R

The chassis components are largely borrowed from the Aprilia RSV4R, which means fully adjustable Sachs suspension front and rear (43mm upside down front forks plus the rear shock) plus a steering damper. The APRC, or Aprilia Performance Ride Control, has been pilfered from the top-sped RSV4 Factory APRC SE and features a ride-by-wire throttle, eight traction control settings, a launch control system and even a wheelie-control system. Combined with a six-speed gearbox with quickshift setup, the 2011 Aprilia Tuono V4R looks set to become the new benchmark in the naked bike segment.

Aprilia Tuono V4R is an incredible concept to make improvements in all body concept motorcycles, Aprilia Tuono V4R looks very luxurious and headlamps that blend together so that the motor is very handsome and also speed no doubt. Make Aprilia Tuono V4R very complete.
The bike inherits some features from the RSV4 Factory APRC SE including the new exhaust system with bypass valve, which is two kilos lighter than the system used on the RSV4 R, and latest generation Ride by Wire throttle control.

The APRC package includes ATC traction control (Aprilia Traction Control), with eight selectable levels, which controls sliding when accelerating out of a curve in relation to bank angle and throttle aperture, AWC (Aprilia Wheelie Control), which helps the rider control extreme wheelying by gradually bringing the front wheel back to the ground, and AQS (Aprilia Quick Shift), which allows instantaneous upshifts without closing the throttle or using the clutch.

2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 750

2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 750

While the Shiver 750 is built to appeal to a broad rider base, the Dorsoduro offers the more hard-core enthusiast the same basic powertrain, modular frame and advanced ride-by-wire Tri-Map selectable performance modes, all wrapped in aggressive supermoto-inspired trim.

Even the dual, under seat exhaust and tailpiece configuration hint of a mantis posterior.

Animal Kingdom comparisons aside, the 2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 impressed me as soon as I fired it up. The Dorsoduro's liquid cooled, 4-valve, double overhead cam, 90 degree V-Twin motor let out a crisp, snappy growl that triggered an instant smile.

The bars felt light in my hands, the Aprilia eager to respond.
The 2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 is stripped down to essentials and wastes no fanfare with superfluous gadgetry or plastic body parts.

I felt reassured under braking by the 4-piston radial calipers and 320 mm wave discs in the front and was pleasantly surprised by the response of the seldom-used rear brake.

With Aprilia's Tri-Map ride by wire system, I found myself in eager anticipation of how the Dorsoduro's 92 horsepower and 60 ft/lbs torque would translate to my right wrist commands as I journeyed through the local canyons and city streets.

The 2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 is a bike flexible enough to accommodate riders of all levels--as long as they are tall enough that they are not intimidated by the seat height. Dirt riders migrating to the street will be especially drawn to this supermoto motorcycling.

If the seat height isn't an issue, the "Aprilia Dorsoduro 750" is easy enough to handle for the beginner, yet punchy, powerful and nimble enough to satisfy even the upper echelon riders.
It has a Inverted Fork Front Suspension while the Rear Suspension consists of a Twin Sided Swing Arm. The Dorsoduro 750 has Front Dual Hydraulic Disc Brakes and Rear Hydraulic Disc Brakes.
