motorcycle gang shootout
Just after noon on Saturday, witnesses said rival motorcycle gangs started firing guns at each other near or inside a home. At least 12 YCSO units remained near the home Saturday night, trying to keep the peace.
At least four people were injured and several suspected motorcycle gang members were detained in central Arizona on Saturday after an apparent shootout, according to an official with the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office.
Yavapai County Sheriff's Office spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said four or five people were injured, and one was taken to a Phoenix-area hospital. D'Evelyn added that police have detained several suspected motorcycle gang members.
Aerial images shot by CNN affiliate KTVK showed several white police vehicles stopped along a two-way road. Motorcycles were parked nearby and men dressed in biker clothes were seen standing in small groups. Two men sitting on a fence wore vests with the symbol of the Vagos Motorcycle Club on their backs.
