Orange County Choppers foreclosure

Orange County Choppers foreclosure trends as people want to know if OCC is shutting down.
Orange County Choppers (OCC) foreclosure is trending after last night’s new episode of American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior aired. Paul Teutul Sr. and his Orange County Choppers have filed for foreclosure.

I did some investigating and it turns out that starting in last July, OCC missed numerous mortgage payments on their HQ in New York. American Chopper: Senior Vs. Junior will air a brand new episode next Monday night at 10|9c on Discovery Channel.

Paul Teutel Sr.'s bike works has a long history of legal melodrama, including the nasty suit between colorful Paul Sr. and Jr., as Junior went his own way. But the current posts making the rounds refer to a foreclosure suit actually filed in November (according to a report here in OCC's hometown Newburgh, NY, newspaper here) by GE Capital, the lender for OCC's headquarters building.

OCC and GE apparently are playing chicken, but the lawyer, Richard Mahon, told the paper that OCC and Paul Sr., in November at least, were not broke.
